Conditions

1. Scope

The following general terms and conditions (GTC) apply exclusively to the business relationship between the customer and CosaLinda.ch. Our offer on CosaLinda.ch is aimed exclusively at customers with residence and delivery address in Switzerland.

2. Payment Eligibility

In order to make payments in the online shop, you must provide a minimum of personal data such as name, email address and other information. Your personal information may be transferred to a payment processing partner who may retain this information accordingly.

3. Terms of Use

All orders are subject to availability. It may happen that a product cannot be delivered for quality or other reasons. If this unlikely event occurs, we will inform you by email and credit the amount back to your chosen payment method.

All prices displayed are prices in Swiss francs and include VAT.

As soon as you submit an order, this constitutes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. You will then receive an email with the order confirmation. This email does not constitute an order acceptance, but merely a confirmation of receipt of your order. The order is accepted and the corresponding contract is concluded between you and CosaLinda.ch upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email. The purchase contract is therefore considered concluded in Zurich (Switzerland).

All orders are shipped with Swiss Post. With the shipping confirmation you will receive the corresponding tracking number and can use it to track your shipment.

Orders placed before 5 p.m. will usually be received the day after next. The expected delivery times are to be understood as guidelines. We assume no liability for delivery delays. The transfer of risk begins from the time the products arrive at your premises.

All deliveries within Switzerland are free for customers.

We only accept the payment methods listed in check-out.

Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt of the goods. After this period, no items can be returned. In addition, items that are in perfect, new condition and in their original packaging can be returned. Returns must be registered by email to info@cosalinda.ch. The return will be shipped at the customer’s expense. As soon as we receive the return in the original packaging and in perfect condition, the credit will be credited back to the payment method used for the purchase.

4. Images

Individual items may vary slightly from the images shown online. Since these are hand-made items from natural materials, each piece is unique and therefore differs minimally from the images shown.

5. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
