Conditions

1. Scope

The following general terms and conditions (GTC) apply exclusively to the business relationship between the customer and CosaLinda. Our offer on CosaLinda.ch is aimed exclusively at customers residing and with a delivery address in Switzerland.

2. Eligibility to pay

To make payments in the online store, you must provide a minimum of personal information, such as your name, email address, and other information. Your personal information may be transferred to a payment processing partner, which may retain this information accordingly.

3. Terms of Use

All orders are subject to availability. It may happen that a product cannot be delivered due to quality or other reasons. Should this unlikely event occur, we will notify you by email and refund the amount to your chosen payment method.

All prices displayed are in Swiss francs and include VAT.

Once you submit an order, this constitutes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. You will then receive an email with the order confirmation. This email does not constitute order acceptance, but merely a confirmation of receipt of your order. Order acceptance and the corresponding conclusion of the contract between you and CosaLinda.ch occurs upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email. The purchase contract is thus deemed concluded in Zurich, Switzerland.

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post. With your shipping confirmation, you'll receive the tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM will generally be delivered the day after the next. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. We assume no liability for delivery delays. The transfer of risk begins upon receipt of the products.

All deliveries within Switzerland are free for customers.

We only accept the payment methods listed during checkout.

Returns are possible within 15 days of receiving the goods from an online order. After this period, no items can be returned. Furthermore, items can only be returned if they are in perfect, new condition and in their original packaging. Returns must be reported by email to info@cosalinda.ch. Shipping of the return is at the customer's expense. Once the return arrives with us in its original packaging and in perfect condition, the credit will be credited back to the payment method used for the purchase.

Items purchased in a physical store are non-refundable. Depending on availability, you may be able to exchange the item up to 15 days after purchase.

If your item doesn't arrive in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. It's best to send us a short email to info@cosalinda.ch. We will then get back to you within 48 hours at the latest.
Should a defect occur after wearing the product, please contact info@cosalinda.ch with your concern. We will get back to you within 48 hours and work with you to find a suitable solution for repair or replacement, provided the defect is not the wearer's fault. CosaLinda assumes no liability for damage caused by the wearer's fault, but can help organize a repair for a fee.

4. Images

Individual items may vary slightly from the images shown online. Since these are handmade items made from natural materials, each piece is unique and may therefore vary slightly from the images shown.

5. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
