How much is the shipping?
Shipping on your order is free for deliveries throughout Switzerland. We currently only ship to Switzerland
How long does delivery take?
You will usually receive your order within 1-3 working days

How long can I return something after receiving the order?
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return something to us if you don't like the item. Only unused items in their original packaging will be taken back. Please register the return first by email to info@cosalinda.ch. The sender bears the postage costs for the return
When will I receive the credit for the return?
As soon as we have received and checked the return, the credit will be credited to your payment method
Defective items
What happens if I receive a defective item?
If your item does not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. The best thing to do is to write us a short email to info@cosalinda.ch. We will then contact you within 48 hours at the latest.
I wore my item and discovered it was defective, what can I do?
Please contact info@cosalinda.ch with your concern and we will get back to you within 48 hours and will work with you to find an appropriate solution for a repair or replacement, provided the defect is not the fault of the wearer.
